FQ OIL FILTER
The oil filter is one of the most important factors in the life of engine. The oil filters job is to clean metal shavings and dirt from the motor oil. It also allows for efficient lubrication of the hundreds of precision moving parts in your car's engine. Many of these parts operate at thousands of movements per minute. Even the tiniest foreign matter in your engine can create excess friction and damage. If that happens, the metal shavings and dirt will circulate in the oil and wear down the engines bearings. This contributes to low oil pressure, which can eventually lead to major engine damage. And that would mean costly repairs or even engine replacement.
There are four main features that determine the quality of an FQ Oil Filter:
FQ Oil Filter uses high efficiency, heat-resistant, durable, non-stick acrylic rubber gaskets.
FQ Oil Filter features a high tech dual-textured
element - coarse on the outside, fine on the inside.
This combination filters particles effectively and
resists clogging. The new development method of
W style, filtration area is increased more than 12% and
longer life of filters is realised for smooth oil flow.
FQ Oil Filter features two valves - a Bypass Valve
which allows vital oil to still flow in the event of a filter
becoming clogged, and an anti drain-back valve
which prevents oil draining out of the engine and into
the oil pan. This valve helps protect your engine from
increased wear during cold starts.
FQ Oil Filter uses aluminised heavy-gauge steel
center tube and end-caps resist corrosion.
FQ FUEL FILTER
Fuel is the lifeblood of your engine. Therefore, it is vital that it is totally free of any contaminants before it enters the workings of your engine. It is the role of the Fuel Filter to trap any foreign matter and provide a clean flow of fuel for smooth performance and engine longevity.
The longevity of your engine, and smooth performance of your vehicle relies on a clean flow of fuel. It is the role of fuel filters to capture any impurities that may have travelled into your fuel tank. Filter stops articles and debris in the gas tank from getting into fuel pump. After a longtime usage, the gas tank can be rusted and retain moisture, further leading to a fuel pollution. Therefore, the fuel filter acts like a guard making sure only clean gas can go through to fuel pump in order to make the life time longer.
FQ Fuel Filters are constructed of high quality materials, which are both airtight and highly heat resistant - an important feature with petrol in the hot environment of an engine bay.
FQ Fuel Filters are engineered to catch particles as small as 10 microns, yet still maintain a smooth flow of fuel.
FQ ENGINE AIR FILTER
FUJITO CORPORATION has developed FQ air filters, which:
Perfectly purify the air. FQ air filters provide a reliable barrier against small particles of dust and microscopic dirt.
Are made of high quality three-layer paper.
Contain durable case. Polyurethane seal provides a reliable sealing of the contact surfaces. The inner frame ensures dimensional stability for a longer lifespan.
Advantages of FQ air filters:
The increased area of the filter surface provides the increased lifespan.
Low airflow resistance maximizes engine power.
Provide stable engine power and fuel consumption throughout the lifespan of the filter components.
The high quality of the seal element protects components and sensors of the engine against various types of dirt.
You like to breathe fresh air. Clean air in means more power out. Just like you, your car likes to breathe fresh air, and with a dirty air filter, that can be a difficult task for your engine. Dirty air filters can cause a fuel mixture that's too rich and might choke or damage your engine.
Triple layer filtering gives FQ air filters their superior ability to trap and retain dirt, dust and other airborne contaminants. Polyurethane resin frames ensure a proper fit that will seal out dirt and reduce noise.
FQ air filters are engineered specifically for your vehicle to help trap airborne contaminants before they reach your engine, preventing premature wear and extending the longevity of your vehicle. Additionally, a clean air filter improves your engine's performance and fuel economy, leading to a happy driver and happy engine.
It's important to check the condition of car's air filter at regular intervals. Experts advise changing your air filter every 10,000 kilometres or once a year. It’s also a good habit to get into to have your engine’s filter checked and – if necessary – cleaned each time you get an oil change. That way, you can keep an eye on its condition and make sure it doesn’t have any holes.
FQ CABIN FILTER
There are many good reasons to change your cabin air filter routinely:
Better air quality. Cabin air filters help eliminate the majority of mould and pollen particles that enter your vehicle. Helps remove harmful particles that cannot be seen by the human eye (10 times smaller than human hair). Filters, also, help keep outside fumes from getting into the seating area. A cabin air filter is effective in keeping dust and allergens from getting inside your vehicle and into the air that you breathe. It helps keep this dust and particles from getting into your nose and eyes while you’re enclosed in your vehicle.
Heating and cooling system. A dirty cabin air filter restricts airflow into the seating area of your vehicle. This restriction makes it harder on your air conditioning system to heat or cool the interior of your car. That means the components of your system wear out faster. This could eventually lead to a costly repair. As with most things on a vehicle, it cheaper to maintain it along the way than to have a large repair done once a component fails.
Cleaner car. Another reason to change your cabin air filter is that it helps keep the inside of your vehicle clean. Before cabin air filters were invented a lot of the dust and dirt from the outside would come into the vehicle and settle in the seating area. If you don’t keep a clean one installed then the filter won’t be as effective in keeping this dirt out.
If you’re not sure if it’s time to replace your cabin air filter, you may notice a few warning signs, such as reduced airflow through your vehicle’s HVAC system or persistent bad odours. When you notice one of these, it’s a pretty good indication that it’s time to have your cabin air filter replaced. Whether you notice these signs or not, you should have your cabin air filter checked every 10000 kilometres or at least once a year. Bear in mind that, if you drive in dirty/dusty conditions, cabin air filter replacement may be required more often.
If you've noticed a lingering odour in your vehicle, or if you're experiencing a decrease in your heating and air conditioning performance, then that's a cue that it may be time to change the cabin air filter.
Cabin air filter ensures better air quality inside your car. It helps keep the air inside of your car clean and it helps protect your air conditioner from overwork. It is the last line of defence to keep unwanted allergens, particles, exhaust gases, and dust from entering the interior of your vehicle and the air that you breathe.
